We reserve the right to refuse placement of a puppy if for any reason we feel that the adoptive home is not a good fit.

We are a small kennel so if we need to replace a puppy due to genetic issues it may take you a year to get your replacement puppy.  We have never had a genetic issue with our lines and have yet to have to do this but we offer it to you to show you how confident we are of our blood lines..

We take raising our dogs very seriously and what you to have the best we can offer.

At the time of pickup we will give you a health record that shows the dates of servies and what has been done for your new puppy.

We do ship and the puppy is crate trained for that big day.  Shipping will run you about $300.00 anywhere in the United States.

Airedale Pup  CONTRACT

THIS Pup IS BEING SOLD AS A:  Companion

This pup is guaranteed healthy upon selling.    

The Purchaser agrees to keep this pup in a clean and pleasant environment, with proper nutrition, health care and companionship.  Under no circumstances will this pup be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.  

Pup is being sold as a companion.  If the pup is used for breeding there will be additional information here about those terms.

Purchaser agrees to contact us if at anytime they are unable to provide a home for the pup.  The pup is not to be put in a shelter without contacting seller first.  The seller will help with rehoming the pup.

Seller will not assume liability for the cost of veterinary examinations, diagnostic work, treatment or any other expenses.  Expenses, if any, directly or indirectly related to this pup will be sole responsibility of Purchaser.

Health Guarantee.  This pup is guaranteed healthy upon pick-up/arrival and for a period of three days.  I must be notified within the three day period of a problem and pup returned to me within 7 days for replacement or another pup of equal value.  The said animal must be isolated from other animals during this time.  Pup can not be returned if it has been exposed to other animals.   If no replacement is available at this time of return, I will have up to one year to furnish a comparable pup or I reserve the right to provide a cash refund or not more than the amount stated on contract.  If the buyer does not return the pup in the specified time, then there will be no compensation and all guarantees will be null and void.

Genetic Guarantee.    We offer a 1 year guarantee for all heredity or congenital problems.  It a problem comes up we will replace the pup within one year from notification of problems..  

Seller will not be held responsible for refund of shipping costs under any circumstances.  Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

All parties agree that this contract shall be governed and construed by the laws of the State of Idaho.  It is further agreed that any causes of action arising under this contract or relating to the sale of this pup shall be filed within the jurisdiction of the State of Idaho.

Any  legal action which may arise under the terms of this contract will be brought to the State of Idaho, Twin Falls County.  Buyer shall be liable for any court costs and related charges inclusion attorney’s fees associated with Seller enforcing the terms of this contract.  This agreement is the entire agreement between parties.
